Beatrice is known for her exceptional skills in customer service and operational efficiency. She has extensive experience in client reception and coordination management.

Beatrice has a rich background in diplomacy by dedicating over 15 years to serve the Haitian community abroad across the Permanent Mission of Haiti in Switzerland, the Haitian Embassy near the Holy See in Italy; and General Consulates of Haiti in Boston, MA and Orlando, FL. Her work has been instrumental in supporting that community.

Academically, Beatrice holds an Associate degree in Human Services, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her passion for enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement is evident in her capstone project, titled “Learn How to Treat your Employees to Make your Organization Successful”, which emphasizes the critical role of employee treatment in organizational success.

With a blend of diplomatic and managerial knowledge, Beatrice continues to contribute positively to her field, embodying dedication and commitment to service.
