Jennifer is the Chief of Programs and Chief of Staff, managing and supporting the IFSI team in robust initiatives that promote both the academic and the socio-emotional development and growth of the children and youth she serves. Jennifer has 10 years of experience in youth development through out of school time academics and performing arts enrichment, with a dedicated focus on community engagement. Working with stakeholders to deliver training in community-engaged research, Jennifer addressed health disparities and the social determinants of health within marginalized communities.

As Co-author of Connecting Community to Research, Jennifer facilitated in training programs designed to encourage community members to become advocates in research. Jennifer creatively developed an educational training in communication using improvisational theater techniques. She earned her Masters of Public Health in Urban Health at Northeastern University where she also received her Bachelors of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience.
