Throughout the day, dozens of immigrants lined up to apply for Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) provided by the International Institute of New England (IINE) to help them support themselves. to their immediate needs.

While the IINE could only accept a maximum of 5 applications per day, it was possible for the IINE Agents invited to this clinic, organized by the IFSI on its premises, to receive 150 applications in a single day.
